Terms and Conditions Newsletter

1. Purpose of the service
Subscribing to the Anzivino Winery newsletter allows you to receive periodic communications regarding our wines, events, offers, wine tourism activities, and information about the Alto Piemonte region.

2. Subscription methods
Subscription occurs by filling out the appropriate form on the website and confirming consent for the processing of personal data. Sending the newsletter is subject to acceptance of this policy.

3. Frequency and content
The communications will be sent with variable frequency, based on activities and company news, and may include informational, promotional, or institutional content.

4. Right of unsubscription
The user may revoke their subscription to the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscription link provided at the bottom of each email or by writing to info@anzivino.it. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent previously given.

5. Liability
The Anzivino Winery is not responsible for any technical disruptions or temporary interruptions of the newsletter service caused by third parties or by force majeure.

6. Changes to the terms
The Anzivino Winery reserves the right to modify these terms to adapt them to any regulatory updates or new service features. Changes will be communicated to users through the newsletter or on the official website.

Purpose of Processing

  • sending informative and promotional communications regarding wines and the activities of the Winery;

  • managing information requests from users;

  • fulfilling any legal obligations related to such communications.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of data is based on the free, specific and informed consent of the data subject, expressed at the time of filling out the newsletter subscription or contact form.

Methods of Processing and Data Retention

The processing of data takes place electronically and manually, in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency provided by the GDPR.
The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and in any case until the data subject requests deletion.
No transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is anticipated, nor any dissemination to third parties, except for individuals possibly appointed for activities strictly related to and functional for the management of the newsletter, bound by confidentiality obligations.

Rights of the Data Subject

The data subject may, at any time, exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including:

  • obtaining confirmation of the existence of their personal data and access to it;

  • requesting rectification or deletion of the data;

  • limiting or opposing their processing;

  • revoking the consent previously given;
