“Reserve” version of the Gattinara DOCG, high expression of its terroir; it matures in our cellars for at least five years, of which a minimum of three in wood. Deep garnet color tending to orange, fine aromas of violet, ripe fruit, russet apple, and licorice, which rest on the granitic stony matrix that generated them; broad, dry, and harmonious flavor.
