Organoleptic Characteristics
Ruby color tending to garnet, complex aroma with hints of ripe fruit that evolve towards spices, licorice, leather. Full-bodied taste with good harmony.

Suitable for elaborate meat dishes, excellent pairings with red meats, particularly with lightly seared Fassona tartare.
