CAPLENGA
“The hat of the hill” a dialectic expression to indicate the highest part of the vineyard, this wine is a tribute to local tradition; in fact, our ancestors were producing wine in this area for their personal consumption, using the grapes of the territory. Bright ruby red colour, fine bouquet with hints of fresh fruit; its flavour, pleasantly austere, takes us back to a time when the harvest was a true moment of celebration.
